looks like a permission issue. If you are logging in using your server username via ftp then it's best if you create a folder in your home directory and use that.

Openload is the best around in my opinion and they DO take down videos and certainly deletes videos of 90 days of inactivity.

if all your destination URLs are exactly the same on the new domain then you can redirect the domain but if your URLs are different on the new domain from the origin then you'll need to redirect one by one. Hope that helps :) Put this in your .htaccess file if you want to redirect the whole domain
