Re-encoding 5000 videos not possible. I upload to multiple video host and they don't need to be re-encoded. I think your developer should fix this.

You should add the 'No Ads' option for premium members (uploaders) to be the Top1 video host. Don't you mind adding it? You might get more profit from uploaders and we just add our own ads

This reply won't fix the malfunctioning player since there is no option for change the default player size except doing it manually which is impossible if we have more than 5000 videos. This should be a priority. I checked like 8 similar video host companies and none of them has the 100% width...
