Yes, what you say is right. But however page rank is an indicator of how many backlinks your site has. So I just wanted to know if PR1 with hardly 2 or 5 backlinks is ok, or something is wrong.. or I m missing on something.

There is default option in vBSEO for internal rel="nofollow"s and external rel="nofollow"s. If disabling internal rel="nofollow"s is not working then there must be some mod installed which is not allowing it.

Maybe try remoing some other 2 plugins temporarily and see. Not sure this will help though. P.S.- Or just why not to use Sharpleech RC1 instead of beta? It works perfectly fine for me.
