Most likely, no. Dedicated IPs these days don't have the same meaning they used to. Back in the day, the main reason for getting a Dedicated IP was for use with SSL certificates, however, now, with SNI technology -- which any host running CentOS 6 & cPanel can support easily - there isn't a need...
