I guess my advice about using mysqldumper wasn't wrong after all. When you move the database you have to check it for errorsand after you fdownload it , you must test it with winrar or similar to avoid any errors phpmyadmin isn't fit in bigger than 2M databases, so use big dump or mysqldumper.

try to go off line, disable the Internet, and try again.

My advice go for wrzhost semi dedicated starter, cheap, high bandwidth.
