Hello, it depends on the the issue in specific, sometimes it's easy to solve and other times there are user issues, for example API uploads, many send it to the wrong URL.
Yesterday we were on maintenance for a short while but it was up and running very soon after.
Sorry for my late reply, your payout had to be validated first as it was your first ever. 4 days are however a rare case. Mostly within 72 hours.
