i just add 20 remote actions and only 2 files are successfully, the rest is also "ok" but seems /file/0/ and none in see in file menager

when remote upload complete there is "ok" but it shows http://rapidgator.net/file/0/ so file don't exists!

Yes he's right, you should count it. every free user want to download 2nd or 3rd time he must wait...before download start. Then he would buy premmy if he can't stand to wait more and more..
