I am receiving many complaints that users want to sign up for premium but their cards are not accepted. One or two I understand, but I have gotten at least 10-12 in the last couple weeks. Is there some info I can give to the users regarding this?

It is not doing anything that you describe, it just goes back to the homepage. Maybe a GIF will work b/c you don't seem to be understanding me. Back to the homepage, no yellow box, no green box, no red box, no nothing. Login to my acct and see for yourself.

Deliberate or not the overall result is the same, you're keeping 90% of the revenues and claiming you cant do anything about it. If it's not being done on purpose you should have no problem w/ reimbursing the lost revenue b/c I made you guys aware of the issue almost a full week ago.

LOL am I blind...how do you find the affiliate page w/ earnings, sales, downloads, etc page? I don't see it anywhere. And what is proper format for entering payment acct info for paypal? I enter paypal and email and it is not accepted. Like the site so far just need help w/ those two things.
