you can use php with no problems, but if target url checks if you are from a real browser you can use phantomjs.

This guy act like a scam: I contact him to make his script and we deal for 1 price. I let run the script for a lot of time to be sure that everything was ok. When it was arrived time to pay, he try to negotiate the price and at the end of the story he disappear.
