    yea your using 17% there needs to be in an admin/encoding plan server the others are meant for 50-60 users so we have to limit CPU usage or everyone will be complaining

    200MB of ram shouldn't be an isu more worried about CPU would be best to use the 10EUR plans for something like that but a lot of people do use the 5EUR plans without trouble still you likely need to install it so a limited admin plan would be best (10EU)

    it's not my "PayuMoney" account it's dom's so as I said if it has not auto credited then you will need to wait for him to respond to your ticket

    well 238764 is a "PayYouMoney" payment they normally auto credit unless you don't release the funds and we wont mark it paid till you do but you will have to wait for dom to come online as I have no access to that $ account to confirm the payment status both your tickets are about the same...

    actually it's 13 now I dropped some inactive staff a few weeks back most tickets get a response the first day yesterday there where 22 new tickets and average first response was 1.5 hours Screenshot by Lightshot still something do fall threw the cracks ill need more info to help you

    hello I see you have 3 tickets but you have not offered any proof of payment in any of them just saying you have paid is not proof of anything you need to provide some proof of payment in one of the tickets then your invoice will be marked paid and the order will be added to the list to be filled
