I got a US server from "DataShack" just over 2 weeks back
though im vary pleased with there support and prices
the speed when transferring to the EU sucks big time
and they have no reboot option on there site
im looking to replace this server when it comes due with one from a dif DC...

the slots are setup manually so it just depends on how long it takes a staff member with server access to come along and see the order
there are 9-10 of them but then some don't yet know how to setup the slots

I have 16 encoding server but im going to guess your on the Hybrid encoding server
it's having trouble with a virus
I had to format it last week cause of it and now the same virus is back on the server
we have a fix for it but OVH is being a pain and wont let it run

WMZ is not tracked automatically you need to put in a ticket with a snapshot then we will mark it paid
all tickets have been responded to
and all paid orders filled
