Actually this is not the first time tho, it happened to me twice already, last time they did respond to my ticket and deduct the next payment. But this time I can only think that they never read the ticket in the first place. 800$ is not a small amount to be generous, imagine if its not just me...

I just received 2 payment at the same time, including a payment that supposed to be paid on 14th oct. And they still haven't deduct the amount of the last double payment lol, they're completely ignore our ticket now.

It's been a while since the last time they made payment this late, maybe because they're busy tracking down the money lost in the double payment they made last week for me? lol. Too bad for them, they never read my ticket about that issue and keep sending me full payment on the last monday.

The payments are always late by 1 day, so that mean 31 days in total, could you please at least let 2 pending payment request can be remain at the same time? So I can get paid on the same day every month.
