Stop spouting out nonsense.
I have sent 2 tickets asking about payments and they have not banned me for asking.
They explain their situation professional and its up to you whether or not to stay with them.
If you're going to complain then just drop the host, no need to use a host thats not...
They're probably taking a break. They've been working hard for the past few days fixing everything and now that everything's been fixed and under control its natural that they're taking a break to relax after everything they've done in the past few days.
I've tried it with 3-4 different files ranging from about 280MB - 600MB.
The file shows on the FTP page after uploading but when you click "Close FTP Session, transfer files" the file disappears and doesn't show in the folder.
It was working fine this morning about 9-10 hours ago.
Stop fucking complaining and bitching left and right. Can't you ask nicely if you're having a problem?
My stats and uploads have been fine, nothing is wrong, its clearly a problem on you're side, perhaps your files aren't even getting downloaded?
@Moogie, there seems to be something wrong...
Thanks for all the hard work moogie! Appreciate it. :)
Also, I have a question, if I have a sub-affiliate that gets a sale, if hes not on the PPS plan, nor am I, do I still get part of the $ from that sale?
Give them a break.
They're trying to fix the remote ASAP. Also, for those who were saying there was "nothing wrong with the remote" you're wrong.
Files that have spaces in the name would get errors. Ftps that have _'s in them will run into errors.
This thread is full of retardedness.
Seriously, half of the questions in the past 3 pages are answered 4 pages back in Moogie's newest reply.
For fucks sake do people only complain and not learn to read older posts? Cause I mean I'm pretty sure theres tons of questions already answered in the...
Hmmm, I seem to be running into a problem while FTP uploading now.
Worked fine for the entire past 2 days but all of a sudden today the file just won't go through.
Any ideas on whats causing the problem?
I've uploaded about 10 files last night. All of them say premium only but the people who download my stuff were able to download them without a problem.
The direct link that I paste in already replaces the space's with %20.
Its just that as long as the original filename has a space in it, you will get that error.
If they don't pay me then it's whatever.
I understand why they might want to run away and not pay people.
All I care about is that before this entire paypal thing happen'd they had the best support and they were nice to every single one of their affiliates.
Compared to other hosts who start out...
Woops, didn't see your edit.
Anyways, I get what you are saying but do you think you can implement a system where as it recognizes that the file has a space in it and it'll automatically convert it to a _? or another character?
I really hate it if I have to rename files or edit the link in...
My thoughts exactly.
FileFactory has been around for a while and to be honest, they are probably one of the best hosts who give great service.
The only reason why its been so messy nowadays is because of Paypal. It's not FileFactory's fault that PayPal decided to be douches.
Anyways, I'm sure...
Alright. So I tried again with another file that had no spaces. All spaces were covered with _'s and the filename had a "-" symbol in it and it loaded/worked perfectly fine. So basically what I'm seeing here is that the remote upload borks up any files that has a space in the file name. I'm...
Sooo.... After the remote upload repairs the first upload I did was successful but the second one I ran into the same problem again. The file loads up with the correct filename but the file itself is a 3kb blank file.
The successful upload's filename was -...
So, does this host happen to have a rapidleech upload plug-in? I only use remote and rapidleech to upload so if I can't do either on this filehost then I can't really do anything about it.
