When you upload a video with high quality and big file size it gives you 'H' file. So it's staying in que and waiting for Encoder to make another lower version with normal quality like 'N' , so people with slower connections can watch without buffering. If you have both N and H in your video...

Probably your videos are FULL HD quality with big file size and they're now in 'Encoding queue' waiting for encoding so it will take a lot of time to start the video and it will always buffer until it gets encoded because download speed is not that high here. After converting it will be more...
