Well, I don't understand it myself. The encoder of the files didn't change anything encoding the audios. It's 1:1 the same settings, but old encodes (which got reencoded by you yesterday) don't have this problem while new ones have.

I also noticed some videos with its audio gotten really worse after Encode. I PMed you a GOU Link and a direct Download to the original file to check it.
