I never understand why every host rebill rate is low. I think affiliate must get at least 6$ for rebill too. In my opinion you still get the same amount which you got in first month or premium purchase. Think about this. Your rebill rate is too much low. Make It Fix to 6 and add if affiliate...

As you say that you distribute 70% from your income not bank fee. So any one rebill then affiliates gets only 4.66$ This is the lowest rebill income I have seen ever.

Jeff you can use this formula. Money request by Affiliate + 50%payout request and deduct that from hold money. i.e if an affiliate request 100 then pay him 100+50=150 and deduct 50$ from hold money. May be affiliates like this option. What you guys said about this formula.

Keep2Share have to find some solution for their affiliates. Whatever we earn in last 18 months, they also earn i.e. if we earn 5000$ in 18months they also earned 5000$. I know they have to pay server bills and staff payment. But all user and Jeff have to think about that they hold one month...

Webmoney and PayPal payouts are completed within 14 business days after request is made. If I requested on 06th October 2014. Then when I got money in my webmoney account - 21st Oct 2014 or 23rd Oct 2014. Are you count Saturday business day or not. Is there is any skype ID you have.
