Ok, if you like service and still facing issue then i think some user in that server encoding continuously.
Simply take multiple screenshots of task manager 4-5 times also show taskbar so we can see time and open ticket to report about that user.

Looks like you are really unhappy with service, but still i see 3 user encoding only in which one user getting 40% cpu and other low.
Maybe that user using app like handbrake which steal cpu from app like megui.
But i will not explain much.

First of all i am sorry for confusion, our thread had wrong info.
CPU, RAM, No Of user everything was wrong.
In thread it says: 2xE5-2420 CPU but server have 2xE5-2687W v3 ( 3 Times Faster )
