Maybe I have the problem too, is reached max for file download, you must fix it and give it unlimited to download it. Many complain for my user, I hope better for this host and the pop up is too much I think

usercloud the rates is to low for my traffic, maybe keem will do it again like before vidce => loadus hope it will be best, cause I never find good host for my traffic like vidce and loadus
