A new update, a guy who asked for payout on 05.09.2013 has been paid yesterday (Saturday) but it seems he can't apply for a new payout request for the rest of his balance.

Never with Uploaded, but it happened to me in other filehost and they not only took back my commision (60%) from earnings but they charged back the whole 100% price of the account, like a punishment for me letting a carder scam them although I have no business in it.

Maybe you're just unlucky and you got charged back because the premium was bought with a stolen CC.
