    Redesign the header, it is too similar to T1D, and the logo and navigation fall off to the sides which is ugly. You are using a bit too much jQuery for a site that simple, it just slows it down. A lot of the colors clash, they just don't look well together.

    Dominic is a professional designer, but his style isn't really professional. He has potential to make decent styles but the whole cartoon style isn't very good looking in my opinion.

    Use Wordpress, it will be a lot easier for what you are needing to do than Drupal or Joomla. There are plug-ins for almost everything you mentioned.
