It is best to submit it today to be guaranteed the payment but Thursday is also possible but may take some time because we do all the payment verification on Thursday and submit all the payments later on that day. Well said James :))

Well the reason the site has been slow is because a few people tried to forward a lot of traffic and bogged down our uplink. The users have been banned and the site is back up to speed. And so long as your submission is between the valid dates, it will be doubled.
