Please explain your request. Are you lookng for a wordpress which can't be stolent or "stable ans secure" wordpress theme? :) I think if you want to secure your wordpress, you must check by CHMOD and .htaccess, not by theme. ;)

Wordpress team don't recommend to change permalinks to /category/postname, this is because it always be unstable if you make duplicate post and page slugs. ;)
