Erm all i can see is Vb with a skin thrown on top and a few categories. Nothing i can really say as there are loads of forums the same :/ get something custom and be unique. Oh and yeah the ads are annoying. I thought it was a business forum not a warez forum.

Just edit the Header template or the navbar template. its that simple.
