Ok, But now I'm thinking if I do open a dispute and paypal says no they wont support me won't that just make the web host thiunk: "Hmm paypal is on my side, I won't refund him even on request anymore, fuck him."

But I heard their is a big chance that paypal will take the sellers side on this as its a virtual thing and their tos doesnt support virtual stuff? So if I was to open a dispute what will I say to paypal? :S

Does your web host provide Frantastico ? If so then simply use that to install it :)
