How can I add a flashing mouse over effect on a gif image, look at the 5 images on top of our forum here (wjunction.com) and put the mouse courser on one of the images then without clicking you will notice a flashing effect, I should mention that this is not built in with the gif file but rather...

It was really an old image, I watermarked it and upload it a while ago... now I can not find my own original image!!! The reason of asking is that I want to use that image on another domain and I want to modify the watermark to match the new one!!

Is there ANY way to re-write (or even remove) a watermark on an image such as image Thanks.

I am sure this brought out many times but in my case I have a website with - 6 subdomains - 3 add-on domains - 2 scripts running as a cron job one of of them takes 1 hr daily and the other one takes about 15 mint. every couple hrs. - 11 databases - 5GB is the total size of all the files...
