I found a dropped domain which is about 3 years old but I can not see any indexed pages on google, is this mean that the domain is actually banned from indexing? Note: here i mean google search indexing and not google adsense

@DJ Norix but is that option for allowing domains to show adds ? if so, then how come I still can see authors adds on a newly installed script on my server, certainly the script-author doesn't know about my domain but his adds still showing and earning for him?

as far as i know, a site with adsense-banned will not be accepted by google anymore even if it has a new owner, but i would like to know if there is a way to check this fact before buying any site. any tip for this ?
