Yup you can try hostgator too they are good. And the thing about warez forum is if they will recieve a complain they will notify you or even remove you.

Hey just search it yourself as the people will suggest plenty of domains here but you won't find anything you like. One suggestion go to www.who.is and try searching the domains you like then if it is taken then see at the bottom of the page which contains suggestions on available domain.
