We do calculate conversion as per your formula. Unfortunately conversion is very bad overall so we have to adjust rates accordingly.
Main reason is that most of uploaders post links of many hosts for the same files so users don't really feel the need to upgrade to premium as they can round robin...

Sorry for the slow speed of page loads, traffic keeps increasing and we just ordered better performance script and database servers.
About the PUB it's related to folders. IF you publish a folder it will show only the files with "pub" checked. Hope it explains

We have no Payment pending, which the Payment ID was confirmed, for more than 48 hours.
