Homepage - I dont like the colors of the template, why dont you try with other ones like; blue,red? Forums - That goes same for forums too, the logo is good but it would look better on a darker skin.

I might be interesed, are you sure that your site would last at least few months - there a lot of warez sites getting closed everyday i don't wanna waste my time on unsuccessful site. Let me know if theres place for me.
