Pionen datacenter is owned by Bahnhoff. Portlane has a few racks at pionen and runs a network there. Besides upstream, we have nothing to do with portlane. Govt. sites can be hosted anywhere and they do because spreading over multiple dc's is always safer than relying on a single datacenter...
