Ticket replied. Fakie, before you was in german servers, and we had some problems with them. Now we have migrated all clients to a new server. Much more powerful.
But anyway for warez linking and like that I suggest all of you to choose Canadian Servers.

As I said you in the ticket we didn't have any downtime. You IP was blocked by our firewall.
By the way you site is abusin the server using too much server resources.

I was very busy to notify clients here. Our staff worked hard to taked our get the german servers again online. We are sorry for inconvenience, but as I said before is very difficult to deal with DDoS.
The problem is completely fixed now. Byt anyway ddos it's not easy to deal with it.
Cashio, if you are not satisfied make the request for refund and cancellation, because in this days I didn't see any request for cancellation.

In this we we had about 1.5 Gbps DDoS attacks (including our main web), it's very difficulty to deal with that kind of massive attack. We are stabilizing our network, and trying to find a good solution for ddos attakcs.
