Hey Hish, don't be mad. I would love to provide as much details as I can to help make filesonic the best file host, but please let us know if you "knew that there were some hosts that were pending for long", this way I guess there would be less complaints on the same problem again and again...

I thought you knew the problem and worked on it last several days... Anyway, now it seems RU's back to normal, although sometimes the speed is quite slow. And by the way, you should really keep a close eye on this thread and hopefully next time when something wrong happens, maybe you CANNOT...

Agreed. I don't know what's going on, but it does seem that files with lots of downloads get deleted pretty soon.

Same problem here with PPS, and I wonder why DL counts not showing up when you choose PPS, while you can check out your sales count when you are with PPD. I only got 1 sale yesterday, and it's definitely not normal. Nothing yet today. I thought it was only me, well seems you guys are also...
