it's really complicated, the easiest way would be editing the plugin "Auto-hyperlink URLs" so it would not add the space between the links. If anyone could do that, PM me I'll pay you for it :)

No, I'm just shutting down VPS A, domain A will be redirected to domain B. Site B has same content like site A. So I need it to redirect not just main page, but all page/posts. example: www.old-domain.com/post123/ will redirect to www.new-domain.com/post123/
