wow site isnt loading and is very slow

So basically they are not paying, if you manage to ear any money they wont pay, I ran a seperate webiste from my main one which only posted Clickndownload / Clicknupload links so users can download free of charge and I would get some via their PPD, Once I requested the payout I had to show...
