As affiliate I can't upload file bigger than 1 GB by FTP (I got answer from support I need premium account), but free user can download files bigger than 1 GB without premium. Where is logic in there?

I'm not sure how to explain this when I see on forum people get payments requested after me. Maybe my account was skipped for some reasons and payouts are frozen. I was waiting patiently to finally unlock possibility to request new payment, but last payment is still open, so even if I could...
What were the criteria for selecting users who received the payment at the earliest? I noticed some people got payments requested during September, and I still have pending payment from August and some people as well.
Thanks for answer. I have one problem. I'm logged out and I need to log myself in again, and my browser doesn't even save login data to log quickly next time. But the bigger problem is about no "remember me" checkbox. Can you, please, add function to remember logged user for longer time?
