rates never got any better and upload speed is 200kbps avg... this hosting has reached to my exclude list... like who got the kind of time to deal with all that bs something happens all the time it's annoying as hell

are your servers this busy? I rarely get more than 8-10 mb/s... I have 1 and 2 gbit connections I need that 30-50 mb/s at least
