What i experienced is, it depends on Studios and sites.
Some sites are very strict. I post one site videos, and they get deleted within hours (including imgvenue thumbnails). Other lasts forever. You rename it or recode, u cant avoid as long as others can see it.
I saw that video. It happens in wars, when Govt takes rude actions against their unwanted guests. C4 was supporting one side, so they showed their side of story. Why Govt had to take such decisions might have long reasons too. But what happend was Sad.
Create a txt file named oron having the number given by oron. And upload that oron.txt file to YOUR website through ftp (or through your website control panel). Then click validate in ur oron account settings.
That may happen in their own forum or sites ( I dont think people revisit such sites) .
As a movie downloader, i look forward for a Good quality or Good collection. Sometimes latest block busters (even if the quality is not so good).

Some uses custom fields, in which u have to mention the field url in each of ur post. Some uses plugins. Dunno what your theme is using. :(
In your theme header editor see if there is any code for "<title> code </code>" tag. If not put the code
