You have any more info than that? Your site loads really slow, so the base color is white? and you are looking for a complete header banner and not an advertising banner i assume. What do you want as teh title of your site? tagline?

i have not used bulletproofftpserver on something like you have there, alot of people in the warez scene used to use this though and install on their own machine to share files with ea other, it has all the options you are looking for to manage users,cap bw etc. Anyway good luck with it...
