Please let us know the channel to contact the support team, we already raised the ticket and receive no updates or so. There is no live tech support online like the old days.

I observed quite a number of uncounted downloads recorded in the statistic.
Wonder how FileSonic counts the downloads, is the system glitched or deliberately filtered the download counts?
yes i am having the same issue, seems like we are placed in the same "slow" server.
