You can do whatever you want with your account, but once somebody reports you or somehow gains enough proof that accounts were sold or traded, theyll be banned

That's not necessarily true. You are still responsible for whatever actions you do on your hosting account. You can easily find what websites are hooked on the same IP address. Hosting direct downloads on your server is illegal, no matter if it's on a shared or a dedicated server. There is. lol...

They do give you more than you send.. but it's like a couple of hundred max per day, not much really.

FYI, his an admin at smartwarez I think. Easy way is to manually PM potential staff that are active, not just in posting new downloads but ones that are active in discussion forums
