I too had at least 5-6 paypal accounts shut down, due to somebody reporting it to Paypal. Easy way is to get people to PM you OR use some other online payment system.. although that may be a bit hard since everybody had a Paypal account. There are some other alternatives though, that are well...
You can do whatever you want with your account, but once somebody reports you or somehow gains enough proof that accounts were sold or traded, theyll be banned
That's not necessarily true. You are still responsible for whatever actions you do on your hosting account. You can easily find what websites are hooked on the same IP address. Hosting direct downloads on your server is illegal, no matter if it's on a shared or a dedicated server.

No probs,it's worked for me. But you have to keep pming new members that you see practically each day. Most of the time they'll be flattered to be Pmed by the admin of the forum. ;)

Easy way is to manually PM potential staff that are active, not just in posting new downloads but ones that are active in discussion forums
