It says it uses a standard 56k modem. Who uses those any more. Not many that are doing any uploads/downloads I'm sure.

Your trying to import a large Db you might have to split it up or like previous said try sql dumper to import the file.

One thing no one has asked is How long have you had the Domains at Go Daddy? If you just registered them I beleive you have to wait 60 days before you are able to transfer them to another regertrar
