Submitted request about accident payment and request to refund 4 days ago, I'm impressed with support speed, very fast response average 1 reply in 2 days. I got 1 reply after 2 days of HIGH PRIORITY TICKET was created, now waiting 2 days for second reply :)

Ok i submited request about refund with hight priority more then 24h ago but still no response.
And i don't want to cancel server i just want back payment that was made by subscription.
Why you doing subscription? This is most annoying thing in payments. Yesterday i paid invoice for server and today i got email that my credit card charged again :/ I submitted ticket to refund this payment because i need that money ASAP, hope it will not took 24h to resolve high priority ticket.

I don't want to teach you but you should wait maybe 12 hours or 24 from first report and then check site. Didn't have such issues with twilight and phaze.
5 hours down and many reports, strange because we only getting <50 visitors daily, i don't think so that every user reported about down site. Ok restore but i think this is bad management example.
Why you blacklisted warezmafia.org for some downtime? We had some issues with VPS but it's not like site was down 1 week or something, it's only 5 hours downtime.
Wow and all downloads deleted, if you wont bring back submitted downloads you can not enable it at all.
