All my files are being converted despite having the option to re encode off (my uploads are streamable mp4s with faststart option)

Suddenly, next to my upload sizes, it always said "O: X.XXMB", now it says "N: X.XXMB", whats the difference between "O" and "N"?

Perhaps I'm unable to view my own uploads? Just a black screen here endlessly buffering. Okay now it is working, no splash image though, just black. This is why we need custom thumbnails, because now I need to reupload in order to fix that it seems.
