I often get duplicates when I use Remote URL Upload, is it normal?

When I upload .mkv files and embed them in my website, it displays "Video is Pending in queue. Conversion stage #37". Does it mean your website will automatically convert them shortly?

I received this message "530 User connections limit reached" when trying to upload ~80 files (~1GB / file) to FTP server. Can you let me know the maximum number of connections of your FTP server? Can you increase the number? Or what number of connections do you suggest?
