    hi, thanks to comment.. the logo size is 25x25 please change logo size and then upload video conversion is slow for free users usually.. i am sure you not getting everything same error... because i know someone server have issue. but still failed to find which one is with issues...

    well. our server don't care what you uploads it convert one file 3 time on it's desired resoultion. it will take a long time.. better is if you search for files already encoded. you can change that name and everything after adding in your account . names are not issue
