It works.. using filehosts as a plural does not make it true. Rapidshare may have blocked us but I would say most of the others are working. Sites block other sites pretty quick when traffic gets leeched.

1. We count downloads through applications and browsers.
2. Max download for free users is 1gb.
3. We count up to 4cents per IP so can be multiple downloads per ip per day depending on the file size. Which is equivalent to 1 download at the highest tier and file size.

I believe this is only affecting the minority of users as have a few hundred downloads starting/completing every minute without issue. If you could provide as much detail as possible to our technicians on support@filedefend.com they will resolve for you.
I have checked. I have the exact same version of chrome and it works perfect maxes out for free users. I am thinking a user error here.. can you please email support@filedefend.com with the file you are attempting and the issues you are having.
