I personally am not even uploading anything nowadays. I'm digging this up for the challenge. Today I dug deeper and finally found proof that filejunglegreg == VideoZer == UploadStation == RickyFS on the forum. Same single person. Read again - not a team, not a group of support people. One...
Man some of you are in such denial it's not even funny... If you know anything about web development you'd recognize right away that Fileserve's system was custom made and isn't some PHP script you buy on rentacoder.com. And even if FJ did somehow buy the same script, they didn't have to share...
I can do that. But I feel like everybody knows that already and are okay with the excuse that Wupload is run by Hish's cousin. I have no doubt this is false. Like Fileserve, FSC and WU share the same web architecture, same server storage backend design and network architecture.
Sure thing, I'll see what I can dig up. Right now I'm investigating FilePost. I think I may be wrong, but it could be operated by Hotfile. I will dig and update.
Hi Ricky, do you have a response to this thread: http://www.wjunction.com/102-file-ho...fileserve.html
Would you care to admit that FileJungle is owned and operated by Fileserve? If not, how do you explain the points described in the thread above?
Well, I'm sure they don't want complaints to ruin their launch :) After a while shaving will probably begin, now that we know it's the same operation. Really makes you realize all these filehosts don't even care about providing service to their actual paying customers. I know all businesses are...
Yes VIP, you're absolutely right. Fileserve and Filesonic are attempting to saturate the market with "new" filehosts to overwhelm the other single players (Hotfile, Oron, Rapidshare), each offering a slightly different affiliate program to again cover all bases with uploaders.
The problem I see...
There are so many useless repetitive threads here, and you're asking why I made this one that discussed an issue no one has brought up before? Look, as I said above about "Greg" and "Ricky", my intention was to inform everyone of my discoveries. You do with the information whatever you feel is...
Hi Greg, do you have a response to this thread: http://www.wjunction.com/102-file-host-discussion/108093-filejungle-yet-another-site-fileserve.html
Would you care to admit that FileJungle is owned and operated by Fileserve? If not, how do you explain the points described in the thread above?
Because you're working with a company that is not being honest with you right from the get go, so how can you trust them not to shave, etc.?
Look at how they introduced FJ a couple months ago here...
Heh, you really think Fileserve is going to offer its "script" to a new competitor? This isn't some russian coder selling a lame PHP script for $500 to make a quick buck.
Even if it was a copycat, why would they copy every single piece of the architecture? See my original post regarding the "l"...
I'm also surprised so many are buying the story that FileSonic and Wupload are run by two separate entities (cousins who compete with each other). Really? Are people that stupid? I'm not saying there is something necessarily wrong with having multiple brands for the same type of product, but why...
This was originally a comment in another thread, but I think this deserves to be discussed in its own thread.
Although less obvious than FileSonic and Wupload being operated by the same group of people (cousins, right, give me a break...) - it seems like so far no one has noticed that...
Yes, it is. It is less obvious than FileSonic and Wupload (cousins, give me a break...) - but here are just a few details that when looked at as a whole prove I'm right:
1. Both FJ and FS are hosted at Choopa.
2. DMCA page lists two similar nearby addresses in Hong Kong.
3. HTML forms...
