You don't need to have folders, just go to:
https://ddownload.com/?op=my_files
Press the export button.
Yesterday, support responded to me and saw the error. They contacted the technicians to see if they could fix it. They recommended exporting links via API.
Although I don't know how to do...
If you don't select files in the root directory, you should export all of them.
If you enter a folder and don't select any files, you should export the entire folder.
If you have more than 10,000 files in your account and you click the export button,
It gives you links to those 10,000 files or a list that, if you go to the end, is cut off and incomplete.
It usually cuts off between 2,400 and 3,700 files.
Or is it just me?
I'm referring to the detailed download statistics.
Yesterday I tried to download a file of mine.
The log should show that I downloaded it. But it didn't show up as having done so.
It's important to know if I have premium users downloading, and from which countries and files.
I saw some deleted files that were barely a month old.
I imagine it's not because they've expired.
Did they clean anything up and delete corrupted files?
And I think the statistics were stable.
I'm planning to try this host. Could you upgrade my account to premium? This way, I'll have unlimited storage and fast downloads in case I need to check a user's report.
For some time now I've been encountering files that display the following error when you try to start the download:
404 Not Found
nginx
Could you please review your stored files and remove the files and links that have this error? That way, it can be easily re-uploaded.
