As of yesterday, statistics are back up and running.

I'm referring to the detailed download statistics. Yesterday I tried to download a file of mine. The log should show that I downloaded it. But it didn't show up as having done so. It's important to know if I have premium users downloading, and from which countries and files.

I placed my order 3 or 4 days ago, and it's pending. I thought the current system was more automatic and faster.

Are the statistics problematic or have they been lower for a few days?

I saw some deleted files that were barely a month old. I imagine it's not because they've expired. Did they clean anything up and delete corrupted files? And I think the statistics were stable.

I'm planning to try this host. Could you upgrade my account to premium? This way, I'll have unlimited storage and fast downloads in case I need to check a user's report.

How's it working? I noticed you haven't yet activated the option to export all links.
