no the server is in netherlands but has a vpn set up on it with usa ips.,,,,,,..i class it as onshore but it aint really

thats what i have sent in e-mail like 3 times....if u have trouble loading site then you have to contact your isp or use opendns .....as some isp have trouble connecting to our server..... i hardly use opendns and it always loads usually but u shud get opendns
